Hello Racers + Parents:

Registration is a multi-step process! Let us know if you need any help along the way:

  1. Register your athlete for the Three Rivers League ($45) on the OISRA website HERE. Deadline is Dec 6th (or $20 late fee)

    2.  Pay fee(s) via SchoolPay link HERE 
    (New Skier Assessment fee is only for athletes new to the team)

    4.  Download and READ the LHS Ski Team handbook

    4.  Fill out and sign the following required forms:

    Important: Open the form, then save it to your computer as a PDF before you fill it out and send it back. (Don’t fill it in online.)

    ~Handbook Review Confirmation

    ~ PPS Waiver

    ~ LHS Permission for Grade Eligibility

    ~ OISRA-Permission for Grade Eligibility

    ~ LHS Medical Consent to Treat

    ~Providence Mt Hood Meadows Mountain Clinic Consent to Treat

OPTIONS FOR SUBMITTING PAPERWORK:

    $300 check for volunteering deposit (made out to: LHS Alpine Team) can be brought to Lucky Lab on Nov 5th!
